I have decided to move 'Penniless!" over to webtoon. I figured Newgrounds would be better for something animated like "Cycled Stages" (I'm gonna start working on it soon I swear) So if you wanna find "Penniless!" you can find it on Webtoon!
(I have the same username, and the comic also has the same title)
